Unstoppable Digital Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is a remote-first digital studio offering web development, AI automation, LinkedIn management, video editing, and graphic design services to businesses across India.
2. Services
Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or mutually agreed contract. Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, revenue, or lead volume.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, brand assets, account access, and approvals required for delivery. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines and are not our responsibility.

4. Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and accepted methods are communicated before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, project work may pause if invoices are overdue. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership or usage rights to final deliverables as defined in your project agreement. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how used to create deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.
6. Revisions and changes
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may require a change request and additional fees.
7. Third-party tools and platforms
Our work may involve third-party hosting, analytics, automation, social, or SaaS platforms. You are responsible for subscription costs, account ownership, and compliance with those providers' terms unless we explicitly manage them under a separate agreement.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information shared for project delivery as confidential and use it only to perform agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss caused by third-party platforms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms or the agreed scope and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
